Be it the story of Mira Bai or the movie Black; from roles like mother India to the simple stroy of the girl Piku the entertainment industry has never failed to impress us with the unique storylines. Bollywood has not shied away in showing stories of the brave women around us right from Mary Kom or the simple housewife in English Vinglish. And now we want some stories to be portrayed in the small screen with its growing popularity.
So today on Women’s day we bring you top ten women of the tinsel town who could play the roles of these great women who are responsible to bring the world where it stands right now.
• Jane Austen-Drashti Dhami

Sriti Jha has always played strong characters on screen right from being a victim of domestic violence for the innocent Pragya. • Oprah Winfrey-Sudha Chandran
Oprah Winfrey was the first women to own her own talk show host. Her show and book club are very influential, focusing on issues facing American women. Sudha Chandra is the best match to this role with her strong command and influential personality. Also we want to see the actress in a positive role with the way she plays antagonist in such ease this is sure going to give a variation in her characters.
• JK Rowling – Akanksha Singh
British author of the phenomenal best selling Harry Potter series; JK Rowling wrote this series being a single mother, struggling to make ends meet but now is one of the most successful self made woman. Our choice for this role is none other than Akanksha Singh who has previously played the role of single mother with such ease and clicked a million chords with the viewers. Also her creative and simple looks is just going to add up more to the charm of this phenomenal writer.
• Malala Yousufzai-Jennifer Winget
Malala was Pakistani schoolgirl who defied threats of the Taliban to campaign for the right to education. She survived being shot in the head by the Taliban and has become a global advocate for women’s rights, especially the right to education. Jennifer Winget with her innocent looking yet expressive choice is the best fit for this role as not only those eyes talk and express it all her innocent yet mature behaviors is going to smitten the viewers.
