Weather plays spoilsport, Ajay’s “Shivaay” postponed

Ajay Devgn was in Canada to shoot for his upcoming directorial venture “Shivaay”. However, the team had to return back to India with a heavy heart as the weather played a spoilsport.

The movie has now been pushed to an indefinite date.

“Shivaay” was supposed to go on floors by the end of January, the cast and crew was in Canada to shoot for the first schedule. Major portions of the movie were supposed to be shot in snow, but unfortunately there wasn’t enough of snow this season. And thus the team had to return back to India.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, the actor had said that “Shivaay” is one of the biggest budget films of India. It features Sayesha, the grand-niece of Saira Banu and legendary actor Dilip Kumar, as the female lead. Now, we will have to wait and see when the movie kick-starts.

Meanwhile, it is said that Ajay will now start shooting for Milan Luthria’s “Baadshaho” soon.
