During an interaction with a leading daily, Ankita spoke about Karan stating, “He is an easy person to be with but he is a demanding husband. When he has a day off, he wants me around all the time. Marriage is a work in progress. Karan and I have grown as a couple though we were very different people when we married two years ago. He is colourful and I am black-and-white and vice versa in some situations.”
She further said, “I have now learnt how to enjoy life. I was an introvert and a serious person who thought what I did was right. I would never budge from my point of view but now I have found balance in life. Earlier, Karan was an extremist and would take decision irrationally and now he has become calmer as a person. We have grown as individuals and found friendship with each other.”
Karan has been winning hearts with his role as Raman Bhalla in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.
Talking candidly with a leading daily about his successful career so far, Karan had revealed, “I experienced success with Kasturi as well as my ongoing show; I feel it has taken me to a new level. Neither could have happened without the other. I feel success means being humble. As long as you have humility by your side, your head on your shoulders and feet on the ground, success can never leave you. It’s the people who make you successful in the entertainment industry. If you take them for granted or ignore them, they will not be there when you take a fall. The more you want to grow, the more number of people you should take with you. Relationships with people matter. I am deeply humbled that people have loved me and my show for all these years.”
