Every time Sonam Kapoor steps out, she surprises everyone with her fashion statements. The Bollywood diva is on roll as she will be seen in Veere Di Wedding, PadMan and Sanjay Dutt‘s biopic. Sonam, with her fashion sense, has indeed worked hard to achieve her goals in terms of weight loss. Today, she took to Instagram to share a video of her morning workout session and wrote, “Morning sess with my fav @radhikasbalancedbody”
She is seen doing pilates. This workout session will surely pump you up and if you are still figuring that you have to work on your weight loss, well she is indeed an inspiration. She made her Bollywood debut with Saawariya and Sonam had to undergo a weight loss regime. In an earlier interview, she had said, “In all fairness, it was my mother who helped me get rid of my excess weight. The first thing she did was to keep me off the stuff I was so fond of as a teenager- chocolates, ice creams, fried foods and sweets.”
She, in another interview, busted the myth that she doesn’t eat much. Sonam said, “Yeah, looking at my figure people often assume that I don’t eat much. On the contrary, I eat every two hours. Since my day is packed with strenuous physical activity- shooting, swimming or dancing- I never allow myself to go hungry for too long. If I feel peckish, I snack on nuts and dry fruits.”
If you want to follow her routine. Well, Radhika, her trainer, spilled out the secrets in an interview. She told, “Sonam does a combination of weight training and pilates every day. We break it up so that we hit different muscles each day. Weight training has helped her increase strength and pilates works to increase her flexibility, concentration, and balance while creating long and lean muscles. This combination has really worked to help Sonam lose inches. Sonam’s stamina has increased with regular cardio exercise which she does three times per week for 60-75 minutes in the evenings.”
