Varun Dhawan on Judwaa 2: Training for two people isn’t going to be easy
Varun Dhawan is one actor who will immerse himself completely when it comes to preparing for his characters in his films. The actor, whose last film Badrinath Ki Dulhania won him immense acclaim and has been a super hit at the box office, is currently in London.
And no, he isn’t holidaying there. Instead, the actor is prepping up for his next film, Judwaa 2. The first schedule of the movie began in February in Mumbai where the actor shot for a song. Now the second schedule kickstarts in a few days. While Varun is already in London, his co-star Taapsee Pannu, who plays one of his love interests, will join him soon.
Judwaa 2 is directed by his father David Dhawan and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It also stars Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead.
Ahead of the film’s London schedule, Varun is training rigorously to get the characters of both Prem and Raja right. He even shared a glimpse of his strenuous work out on his Instagram page. The photo shows Varun running in a lush green park with a caption that reads, “#judwaa2. Outdoor training day1.This film is special for many reasons so I need to train different. Training for two people is not going to be easy but it’s going to be worth it #raja #prem.”
Judwaa 2 is a remake of 1997 blockbuster Judwaa which starred Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha in the lead roles. The movie completed 20 years this year in February. Reportedly, Salman Khan and Karisma Kapoor would be doing a cameo in the Varun Dhawan starrer. Not just that, but efforts to recreate chartbusters from Judwaa are also being made and if things go right then Salman would be grooving with Varun, Jacqueline and Taapsee in the remake.
Well, we cannot wait for this to happen. How about you?!
