Remo D’Souza quashes rumours of Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in ABCD 3
Earlier today, it was reported that Remo D’Souza has cast superstar Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in the third installment of the ABCD franchise.
However, the choreographer-turned-directed refuted the reports through a tweet. “Wow, I wonder who are these sources from our industry, who know more than the director:)))),” wrote Remo on Twitter. Well, that puts all the speculations to rest.
The movie was said to be an emotional one centered around the father-daughter relationship. Salman Khan was said to play a father to a 13-year-old girl with lots of dance elements in it.
An insider was quoted saying, “Salman and his daughter need to compete for a dance championship. Jackie plays the role of their dance teacher who helps them learn the ropes of different styles of dance forms.”
However, Remo will be doing a film with Salman Khan, however, the name has not yet been disclosed. Remo had confirmed the news earlier saying Salman will be seen playing the role of a dancer who is a dadto a thirteen-year-old daughter who is a dance prodigy herself.

Earlier, Talking about the film, Salman had said, “It’s a film about dancing. Like the Hollywood Step Up franchise. I’m going to be a properly trained dancer. You know how painful that is? Sultan was also painful. I had to lose 18 kilos of muscle. I’m not into diets. I eat ghar ka khana. And I don’t eat for taste. As soon as I’ve got my proteins and carbs, I leave the table. So, to lose 18 kilos of muscle was the most difficult thing on the earth. But I’ve always believed that effortless hard work should be seen onscreen. And that’s what I’ve been doing from Wanted to Sultan.”

However, seems like the fans will have to wait and watch for any further clarity on this.
On the work front, Salman is currently busy promoting Tubelight which is slated to release on June 23, 2017. He will also be shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai opposite Katrina Kaif.
