After entertaining fans with powerful roles in films like Majili, Super Deluxe, Mahanati, Samantha Akkineni is now going to light up the screen with a peppy role in the upcoming film, Oh Baby. Oh! Baby, which is the remake of South Korean film Miss Granny, will see Sam in a very interesting and different role. Oh! Baby has been directed by B V Nandini Reddy and it stars Naga Shaurya in the male lead. The makers of the film have geared up for the film’s promotions and the second song, Changy Bhala from the film will be unveiled today.
After releasing the lyrical video, Oh Baby makers will release full video today at 4 PM. Ahead of the release, Samantha Akkineni has shared a BTS video that sees her performing live in it. Sam is beyond cuteness in the video as she dances in a retro style. The Southern beauty shared the BTS video on social media and wrote, “Here’s a sneak peace into today’s lyrical#ChangyBala! #ohbaby.” Meanwhile, recently Sam revealed that how it was difficult to romance Naga Shaurya in the film as he is very shy.
“Doing a romantic song with Naga Shaurya is the worst. He is so shy. We talked about dogs very romantically all throughout to bring in that romance,” Samantha revealed in a video.
The story of the film revolves around a seventy-year-old woman played by Lakshmi, who enters the body of a twenty-year-old girl (played by Samantha). Produced by People’s Media Factory, Suresh Productions and Guru Films, Oh! Baby is slated to release on July 5.
