Bollywood stars are often the soft target of social media trolls who can’t wait to spread negativity against a star. Even for the most trivial thing, our Bollywood stars get trolled. The social media trolling has gotten worse over the years and it surely impacts the stars or their families as they know no limits. Speaking about the same, Jabariya Jodi star Parineeti Chopra shared what she feels about social media trolls who are always ready to pounce on stars. With over 21 million followers, even Pari often becomes the target of trolls on social media.
In an interview with Times Now, Parineeti expressed that social media trolls are inconsistent in their views and hence, she doesn’t like to pay attention to them. The Jabariya Jodi star mentioned that trolls are called that for a reason and their feedback cannot be taken seriously. The star of films like Ishaqzaade, Hasee Toh Phasee and more also mentioned that social media is about fun and one shares their life on it and it should not be a negative space.
Parineeti mentioned, “There’s a reason they are called trolls. Because that’s what they are, otherwise they will be critics or ‘feedbackers’. They are trolls, they just want to spit venom without any rationale. They are not consistent. They could be saying something about me today, about him tomorrow, about someone else the day after… so they are not consistent. If they were consistent, I would probably listen to them but I don’t because you can’t..”
Meanwhile, in Jabariya Jodi, Parineeti will be seen in a cool and badass avatar with Sidharth Malhotra. Both Pari and Sid have been on a promotional spree and have been travelling to various cities including Gujarat, Chandigarh and New Delhi to promote their film. The film is based on groom kidnapping in UP and Bihar. The songs of the film like Khadke Glassy and Zilla Hilela are topping the charts. Helmed by Prashant Singh, the film is being produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shailesh R. Singh. It is slated to release on August 2, 2019.
