Vijay Deverakonda and Sivakarthikeyan have found themselves amidst controversy over the titles of their respective upcoming films. Their upcoming films that were announced a few days apart have ended up having the same name. The makers of Vijay’s next film, Maythri Movie Makers recently announced their next film, titled as Hero. On the other hand, the makers of Sivakarthikeyan’s film, which is being produced under the KJR Studios banner announced about their film on March 13, titled as Hero.
However, the makers of Sivakarthikeyan’s film claim that they have registered the title with the Producers Guild as mandated. On the other hand, Vijay Deverakonda’s team has also claimed they had registered the film’s title with the Producers Guild. Now it will be interesting to see who backs and decides to change the film’s title and who will uphold as the original title. Well, the makers of the film are yet to make an official announcement on the same.
Vijay Deverakonda’s next movie Hero recently went on floors with a pooja ceremony in Hyderabad and there is a lot of curiosity around the film. The film will see the actor opposite Malavika Mohanan and is being directed by Anand Annamalai. Reportedly, Arjun Reddy actor’s film is going to be a multi-lingual production and being made in all four South Indian languages, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
