“It’s an accident and no one has done it intentionally,” says Sidharth on Raees’ Vadodara incident

Sidharth Malhotra is the latest celebrity to open up on the unfortunate incident that claimed the life of a man at Vadodara railway station during SRK’s Raees By Rail promotional activity.

Speaking to a leading daily, the 32-year-old actor said it’s a sad accident but no one has done it intentionally.

The Baar Baar Dekho star said, “It depends where you are travelling if you are travelling to a place where people know you then one can’t do much activities or anything that openly. It’s very unfortunate. It’s very sad. I don’t know the exact details so I can’t say much.”

“I think all of us have the intention to promote our films. We have been marketing films, going out to promote, it’s a norm. I was not there to experience and to see what happened (but) I read about it. It’s a very sad and unfortunate. It’s an accident and no one has done it intentionally, “he added.

Sidharth also spoke on the clash of Raees and Kaabil and joked, “I want to see both the films. In college days we used to see one film after the other. Whichever film’s ticket I get first I will watch it.”
