Gully Boy’s Siddhant Chaturvedi high on success; Isn’t giving time to filmmakers to carry forward the project?

Siddhant Chaturvedi became everyone’s favourite because of his performance as MC Sher in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy which released this year. The actor won everyone’s heart and was also cited as the national crush by his fans. People loved his equation with Ranveer Singh’s character Murad in the film. Even the critics praised him and his act as MC Sher.

It was an overnight success for Siddhant who also was a part of a web series called Inside Edge. After his performance in Gully Boy, a lot of filmmakers are willing to work with him. However, as reported by DNA, it seems that success has gone to his head. A source informed the daily that Siddhant Chaturvedi doesn’t give time to meet filmmakers and take their film proposal forward.

It can’t be figured out whether this his Sid’s strategy or he is taking his own sweet time to say yes to a film he wants to do not. So far, the actor has not made any announcement of his next project.

Meanwhile, recently there were reports that Zoya Akhtar is planning to make a spin-off on Gully Boy which will be based on MC Sher’s character. But there has been no official announcement regarding the same.
