The film’s success is the key to demand salary and one actress who has hit the headlines for the same is none other than Geetha Govindam star Rashmika Mandanna. The actress who has geared up for the release of her next film, Dear Comrade has hiked her remuneration fees. According to reports, Rashmika earlier charged around Rs 40 lakh for one film but now, she is demanding a hike of Rs 60-80 lakhs.
Due to her growing popularity, the actress has decided to hike her price. There is no denying, Rashmika is one of the most bankable stars in Tollywood industry. Reportedly, she even became one of the highest paid actresses in Sandalwood with Rs 64 lakh as her fee for her Kannada film Pogaru. Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna has quite a few interesting films in the kitty. She is doing a Tamil film opposite Karthi. Also, as earlier we revealed, the actress was also approached for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film starring Randeep Hooda in the lead. However, the actress is yet to be finalized.
Rashmika Mandanna made her Telugu debut with romantic drama Chalo in 2018. The film went on to become a super hit at the box office. The same year, Rashmika bagged romcom film Geetha Govindam opposite Vijay Deverakonda. The film became one of the all-time highest profit earners in the history of Telugu cinema.
On the personal front, the Southern beauty got engaged to actor Rakshit Shetty on 3 July 2017 in her hometown but they mutually split in September 2018.
