Go to Instagram comments or Twitter threads and you would have come across social media users “sksksksk” a lot lately. If you haven’t, Sophie Turner definitely has. Blissfully unaware about the new trend, the Game of Thrones star took to her Instagram Stories to ask her 15.4 million followers what the new internet slag meant. The X-Men Dark Pheonix star shared a picture of a table full of paint and posed her question hoping to educate herself with the bizarre word.
She wrote, “Genuine question: Why do people write “sksksk”? It makes no sense and I hate it.” Soon after, the GoT actress learned the meaning behind the word and she was truly baffled. The actress posted a video explaining it means laughing and confessed it still doesn’t make sense. “I found out that it means laughing. Still doesn’t make sense and I still hate it,” she admits. “Stop it,” she adds.
While we are with Sophie on this – it doesn’t make sense – we noticed something about Sophie in the video that has us worrying. For a split second, Sophie turns away and watch a glimpse of a wound on her forehead. Before we jump the gun and presume that Sophie is injured, we are pretty sure that Sophie was filming for an upcoming TV show.
After the end of Game of Thrones, Sophie was seen in Dark Pheonix. She will soon be seen in two movies titled Heavy and Broken Soldier. Both the movies are in post-production to there are slim chances that she is shooting either of the movies. It was recently announced that the actress has signed on an online streaming show and we think the video was probably taken from the sets of the series. We’ll have to wait for more updates.
