Director Omar Lulu’s film ‘Oru Adaar Love’ set the stage for actress Priya Prakash Varrier’s tremendous popularity. The director has now released the first look of his next film. Omar Lulu’s upcoming project is titled Dhamaka. This film will be shot in Bangkok. The first look of this film sees three boys on bikes. About the first look, the director says that the film does not have big names but it will surely be a great entertainer. With this film, the director aims to make a complete entertainer that will win the audience member’s hearts all the way. The story of this film according to the director is not based in any school or college.
The details of this film are yet to be announced in an official statement. The director of Dhamaka, Omar Lulu had some time back spoken about the controversy that surrounded his previous film, Oru Adaar Love. In an interview to a Malayalam channel, the director said Priya Prakash Varrier became a star owing to her wink in the superhit song, ‘Manikya Malaraya Poovi’ which led to the Priya’s tremendous popularity among the fans.
Omar further adds that Priya Prakash Varrier was not the lead in that film. The director revealed that producer Ousepachan Vaalakuzhy asked him to make changes in the film’s script. Omar Lulu also said that the producers of both the Malayalam and Telugu versions had requested him to make Priya Prakash Varrier the lead of Oru Adaar Love. The director further added that he did not get any dub rights and eventually had a fallout with the film’s producer.
