Baahubali 2’s SS Rajamouli will be watching the magnum opus with the audience today

The magnum opus Baahubali: The Conclusion has already broken all the records ever made in the history of cinema. The much-awaited movie has finally hit the theatres sending fans into a complete frenzy.

However, don’t be surprised if you see ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli by your side as you witness the jaw-dropping grandeur of the movie. Yes, according to a report in a leading daily, SS Rajamouli will be watching the first day, first show of his movie with the audience today. When Rajamouli was asked where he would be on the opening Friday of his movie, he said, “I will be watching Baahubali 2: The Conclusion first-day-first-show with the audience in the theatre.”

The director has remained unfazed even as he has had an exhausting month promoting Baahubali: 2. When asked if he thought the movie was perhaps an impossible dream, he said, “I don’t think anyone who attempts to do impossible things thinks them as impossible as then they wouldn’t attempt it in the first place. We had a great story, we had a team, we had fantastic actors and I had so many people’s trust in me. So that’s why we thought we could achieve this task. And with the support from family, friends, media and fans, we managed it.”

The Hindi version of the movie is being presented by Karan Johar. On collaborating with him, Rajamouli said, “I always wondered about the kind of films Karan Johar makes and the kind of films I make… They are very contrasting in nature. But, our love and passion for cinema are the same. And that’s one reason I think why ours is a fruitful association.”

Wondering if the director would work on a Hindi film with Karan, he said,  “Yes, I’ve said this many times. And definitely, I am looking forward to working with him much more.”

Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is the sequel to the superhit movie Baahubali: The Beginning. The movie features Prabhas, Rana Daggubati as Bhallala Deva, Anushka Shetty as Maharani Devasena, Tamannaah as Avanthika, Ramya Krishnan as Sivagami, Sathyaraj as Kattappa, and Nassar as Bijjaladeva.
