Ajay Devgan’s film De De Pyar De is struggling with the ‘UA’ Certification for one of its songs?

The upcoming big release of Ajay Devgan which has been titled as De De Pyar De, released its trailer recently which has been attracting a lot of praises by the audiences. A film which will mark as the reunion of the popular 90s hit jodi of Bollywood cinema Ajay Devgan and Tabu, is hogging limelight for all the right reasons. However, there has been reports about the movie facing some certification issues with the CBCF (Censor Board of Film Certification) in order to get the UA certificate for one of its songs which has been given an ‘A’ certification by the board.

According to the reports, the song that features Rakul Preet in it, glorifies the consumption of alcohol on a large basis. Due to this reason, the board has decided to give an A certification to that particular song, which also means that the makers of the film will not be able to use it for the promotional purposes on television or anywhere else. And it had been planned to use that song for the same way only, because the song was considered to be a powerful one to be used for the promotional uses.

De De Pyar De that casts Ajay Devgan, Tabu and Rakul Preet in the lead roles, has been directed by Akiv Ali and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg. After these reports doing rounds on the internet, the truth would only come out when the film will hit the theatres on May 17 this year.
