Aamir Khan’s Dangal has become unstoppable and unbeatable after getting released in China.

The sports drama film first dethroned SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus film Baahubali: The Conclusion with the help of China’s box-office release and now the Bollywood’s highest movie grosser has raced ahead of Vin Diesel and Deepika Padukone’s xXx: Return Of Xander Cage at China’s box-office.

Aamir Khan’s Dangal has also pinned down Mark Wahlberg’s Transformers: Age Of Extinction, by earning more than 1.5 million dollars for 31 days in a row, Transformers had made more than 1.5 million dollars for 30 days in a row.

According to Entgroup’s China Boxoffice (CBO), after its yesterday’s business, Dangal has entered the list of top 25 highest grossing films of all time in China.

While Dangal stands at 23rd position in the list of highest-grossing films of all time in China with 1.161 billion, xXx: Return Of Xander Cage is at 26th position with 1.127 billion.

Aamir Khan’s film has earned over Rs 1000 crore in China alone, and soon, it is expected to hit the Rs 2000 crore mark at the worldwide box office.

Dangal was released in China on May 5 across 7000 plus screens and has done a fantastic business ever since. The immense success of the movie can be credited to Aamir’s popularity in China.

The film is about a determined father in a patriarchal society, training his daughters into world class wrestlers.

The Chinese media has been writing about the phenomenal success of the movie as it has struck a chord with the Chinese, a male-dominated society.
