SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion has scooped Rs.1,538 Cr worldwide till now and is undoubtedly the biggest blockbuster from India to hit the box-office.
It has been four weeks since the release of Baahubali 2 and so far it has faced a little challenge from new releases.
However, it is only Aamir Khan’s Dangal which might ruin the plans of the magnum opus movie to win the race at the box-office. According to fresh box-office collections, Aamir Khan’s film has earned Rs 1,501 cr at the global box-office after getting an incredible response from China.
Indian Movie Industry Tracker Ramesh Bala took to his Twitter account and posted the latest box-office collections and it made everyone excited.
Looking at the jaw-dropping box-office figures, it now seems that Aamir Khan’s Dangal will soon snatch the box-office crown from Prabhas starrer Baahubali 2.
Dangal is creating a wave across China and has already amassed an astounding Rs 731.36 Cr in just about three weeks. Interestingly, Dangal that was released on December 23 last year had a re-release event in China recently.
However, there can be a big change in the numbers game once Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, the fifth movie from the popular franchise, releases in China next Friday.
And also, let’s not forget that SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion is yet to release in China.
Baahubali 2 is currently the highest grosser at the overseas box office among Indian movies. Hence, it will now be very interesting to see who takes the crown and sits on the box-office throne.
